On Camera Success

Here is the big one: camera makeup and real-life makeup are not the same! We work with hair and makeup professionals who have trained skills for making sure your hair and makeup looks flawless on camera. They know our shooting style for our boudoir photography and create looks perfect for your features and face shape. Having a hair and makeup artist take care of your hair and makeup helps ensure success in our boudoir session!

A Few Tips

  • Take care of any facial hair removal needed at least 2-3 days before your session.

  • Please do not get a facial or use any new products on your skin at least 2 weeks before your session, to avoid any rashes or skin irritations.

  • Come with a clean face and clean hair! We know sometimes “dirty” hair curls a little better, but your artist will prepare your hair to hold the style better with clean hair to start with.

  • Please do your normal morning skin care routine - wash & moisturize like normal.

  • Get ready to make plans for after your boudoir shoot! Because your hair and makeup are going to look so good, you are going to want to show it off!

We will collect a $50 deposit to reserve your date with the balance due on your photoshoot day.
